We incorporate specialized self-heating circuits within the battery management system (BMS). When the BMS detects that cell temperatures are below freezing (0°C to -30°C) and a charge/discharge current is requested, it uses a small portion of energy to heat internal silicone heating pads, safely warming the cells to their optimal working temperature range before full load operation is allowed. This minimizes capacity loss and avoids lithium plating, extending the system's life.

Yes. Our battery designs undergo pressure-drop chamber simulation tests to meet high-altitude requirements (exceeding 3,000 meters in locations like the Kumtor mining district). We use heavy-duty, pressure-equalizing vents to release internal gas buildup while preventing moisture ingress. This structural integrity guarantees that low atmospheric pressures will not cause casing deformation or electrolyte leakage.
