Analyzing the shift toward solid-state, high-rate discharge, and micro-grid integration in emergency response power.
The industrial jump starter sector is rapidly transitioning from lead-acid batteries to high-discharge lithium-ion configurations (including LiFePO4 and LiCoO2). Modern operations demand minimal size with maximum peak current outputs—often exceeding 2500A—to instantly start large-displacement heavy machinery and logistics fleets under sub-zero temperatures.
Next-generation commercial portable generators and power systems act as localized micro-grids. With bi-directional fast charging and integrated USB-PD (Power Delivery) up to 100W, a jump starter is no longer a single-use tool but a vital hub for outdoor emergency telecommunications, field engineering, and drone battery station recharging.
A key limitation in peak discharge capacity is contact resistance. High-current connectors must withstand extreme amp loads without voltage drop. By pairing premium battery packs with high-precision connector technology (such as low-pitch pin headers and circular electrical connectors), power losses are minimized, keeping systems safe.

Established in 2007, Dynalink Electronic Technology Co., Ltd (DL) currently has a workforce of over 800 employees, among which more than 200 are technical staff. We are a technology-driven design and manufacturing company specializing in power supplies, energy storage capacitors, and connectors.
With continuous investment in research and development and strong innovation capabilities, the company has built a complete industrial chain encompassing material research and development, product design, and precision manufacturing. Thanks to the advantages of high reliability and excellent performance, our products are widely used in key fields such as aviation, aerospace, shipping, railways, new energy vehicles, the medical industry, drones, and robots, providing customized solutions for customers worldwide.
Dynalink strictly complies with global quality management standards, ensuring occupational safety, environmental sustainability, and product reliability.

Relying on profound technical accumulation, we provide high-quality power supplies, energy storage capacitors, connectors, and comprehensive custom services.
In the field of drones, our high-density battery packs (such as the UVA 13000mAh Lithium Polymer Battery) and robust electrical connectors ensure efficient charging, discharging, and stable energy management under demanding flight maneuvers.
For data centers, high-speed, low-pitch connectors (0.50mm - 2.0mm pitch series) and stable backup power modules guarantee minimal latency and low-loss transmission of massive data blocks, maintaining critical server uptime.
Under complex, harsh environments, our high-protection connectors, self-healing parallel capacitors, and rugged mobile inverters sustain peak current surges and deliver reliable equipment operations in automated assembly lines.
Leveraging our proprietary intelligent design platform, Dynalink provides vertical B2B solutions from board-to-board connectors up to fully modular 600W/Stacked home energy storage, matching exact buyer parameters.
Taking quality as our shield, we continuously optimize manufacturing processes and product standards to forge industry benchmark products.
How Dynalink is pioneering the next phase of industrial portable power products and safety components.
Traditional liquid electrolytes in jump starters present leakage and thermal runaway risks under impact. Dynalink is heavily investing in solid-state and semi-solid lithium cells to achieve higher thermal stability up to 80°C and cold cranking down to -40°C, providing unmatched safety standards for emergency responders.
By increasing the limits of our self-healing low-voltage parallel capacitors, we aim to design hybrid jump starters. These hybrid units use capacitors to handle initial heavy cranking surge currents (over 3000A) in the first 3 seconds, protecting the lithium-ion core and doubling the overall lifespan of the jump starter.
As micro-electronic applications shrink, board-to-board and pin header solutions are moving to sub-0.50mm pitches. We are refining our ODM Male/Female same-body connectors and four-row pin headers to maintain ultra-low contact resistance, supporting data centers and avionics systems.
