We use a strict multi-tier sorting system before assembly. Every single cell goes through automated testing to measure capacity, open-circuit voltage (OCV), and internal resistance (ACIR/DCIR). We pair cells that fall within extremely close limits (voltage deviation ≤ 5mV and resistance variance ≤ 2mΩ) to maximize the pack's lifespan and prevent premature cell degradation.
