LiPo battery packs use a high-conductivity gel polymer electrolyte rather than a liquid electrolyte. This allows the cells to be manufactured in ultra-thin, customizable pouch configurations, reducing total package weight and maximizing volumetric efficiency. Performance-wise, LiPo packs offer higher continuous discharge rates (high C-ratings), which are essential for applications requiring rapid power draw, such as commercial drones, robotics, and emergency medical equipment.
Our China Factory 4.0 automation system uses double-grading technology. Every single cell goes through rigorous testing for capacity, internal resistance (IR), and open-circuit voltage (OCV) under controlled temperature conditions. We only group cells with variations under 5mV in voltage and 2mΩ in internal resistance. This rigorous process prevents unbalanced cell degradation and extends the overall cycle life of the finished OEM battery pack.
Every OEM pack contains a custom-designed BMS circuit board. This board provides multiple levels of protection: over-voltage charge protection, under-voltage discharge protection, over-current limits, and short-circuit cutoff. Additionally, high-rate and automotive-grade packs include NTC thermistor lines, allowing the BMS to monitor temperature and cut off power before thermal runaway limits are reached.
